Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and billing address when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.

Information about your order: what you bought, when, the amount paid and the delivery status. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway — we never see or store them.

Information you give the beauty quiz: skin type, hair texture and the concerns you select. This is used to generate your recommendations and nothing else.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring links, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

To process, pack, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns or refunds.

To personalise product recommendations based on your quiz answers and browsing.

To send order updates. These are transactional and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

To send offers and beauty content, but only if you have opted in. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is necessary with the parties who make an order work: courier partners (name, address, phone), payment gateways (order amount and reference), and the email service that delivers our newsletters.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Cookies keep you logged in, remember your cart and help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, but parts of the site — the cart in particular — will stop working correctly.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account and quiz data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete your account and its data, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

The site runs over HTTPS, payments go through PCI-DSS compliant gateways, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Glam Street is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
