You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping our catalogue, no interfering with how the site works for other people.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, but colours can differ between screens and packaging is updated by brands without notice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices and offers can change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch — not when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, if the payment fails verification, or if we suspect fraud. In every such case you are refunded in full.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days in metro cities and 4-7 working days elsewhere in India.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will help you track and resolve them.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned. Unopened products with the seal intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, wrong or expired, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Our recommendations, quiz results and product descriptions are for general guidance only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a consultation with a dermatologist or physician.

Always patch-test a new product and read its ingredient list, particularly if you have allergies, a skin condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Stop use and seek medical advice if a reaction occurs.

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos and photographs are owned by The Glam Street or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Brand names and trademarks belonging to the products we sell remain the property of their respective owners.

When you post a review or comment, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to display, edit for length, or remove that content. We remove anything abusive, misleading or unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
